In the Fidelidade Assistance app, Fidelidade customers can request roadside assistance, travel assistance, medical assistance, home assistance, or IT support whenever they need help, whether in Portugal or abroad.

Requesting assistance is easy and quick:

• Choose the type of assistance needed and quickly fill in the necessary information.
• Share your exact location through GPS, even if you don't know the address of the assistance location.
• In the case of roadside assistance, you can track the towing route on the map in real-time.
• If medical or expert support is required, you can immediately schedule a consultation or visit.

Simply put, all information regarding the status and progress of your assistance request is shared with you in real-time through notifications. This ensures that you have peace of mind knowing that you will receive the necessary assistance when you need it most.
